iPad/Communication Device
A member of our community, who utilizes some sign language and some spoken English, would greatly benefit from a communication device. A second-hand iPad would allow for clearer communication and, in turn, give the individual more power, choice, and independence.
Fitness Tracker
Maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle is a goal of many Core Members in our community. A new or used pedometer or activity tracker would give one of our Core Members the motivation to set and ability to track fitness goals.
Dry-Walling/Finishing Work
As we plan to expand our activity center space, we could use the materials and labor involved in finishing a basement storage room. It will include dry-walling, painting, and furnishing the space.
